At His Love and Truth Church, we are guided by our unwavering belief in the teachings of the Bible and the foundational truths of the Christian faith. Below is our Statement of Faith:
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, serving as the ultimate guide for faith and life.
We believe in one eternal God, existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who is the Creator and Sustainer of all things.
We believe in God the Father, the Almighty, who is perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. He desires a personal relationship with His children through Jesus Christ.
We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose again, and now reigns in glory. He is the only way to salvation.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who indwells believers, empowering and guiding them in truth, righteousness, and spiritual growth.
We believe that man was created in God’s image but fell into sin, separating humanity from God. Redemption is found only through Jesus Christ.
We believe sanctification is the process of being set apart for God, made possible through the work of the Holy Spirit and obedience to God’s Word.
We believe in the universal Church, the body of Christ, composed of all true believers. We are called to worship, serve, and fulfill the Great Commission together.
We believe in water baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ and obedience to His command.
We believe in the Lord’s Supper as a sacred act of remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and a proclamation of His return.
We believe that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God as the foundation for family and society.
We believe in God’s faithful provision for all our needs, both spiritual and physical, as we trust in Him completely.
We believe heaven is the eternal dwelling place of those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior.
We believe hell is a place of eternal separation from God for those who reject the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.
We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ to establish His eternal kingdom and judge the living and the dead.
